Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The refund request must be made within 90 days of the original purchase date.
• You must contact our customer support team to initiate the return process.
• Products must be returned to our fulfillment center (return shipping address will be provided).

How to Request a Refund

1. Contact our customer support team at support@respiclear.com.
2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
3. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
4. Ship the product back to us using the provided address.
5. Once we receive and process your return, your refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@respiclear.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Non-Refundable Items

Digital products, bonus eBooks, and downloadable content included with your purchase are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
